Human Resource Manager- Banco de la Produccion, BANPRO.  Designed HRM Strategic Plan; Designed and prepared other projects such as the Executive and Personnel Training Program,  Executive Career Development program, and the Workplace Health and Safety Occupational Program.  Designed and executed activities as Consultant in Organizational Development

Coordinated and supervised all academic and business activities of the institution.

1991–97

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua to the

Kingdom of Sweden, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Finland and to the Republic of Iceland

Facilitated and coordinated the largest financial endowment from these Nordic countries to Nicaragua. Increased the amount of their development assistance by 29.5 % for a total of more than six hundred million dollars.  During my tenure both Norway and Denmark’s Missions were promoted to Embassies in Nicaragua.  At the same time Nicaragua became one of Finland’s country programs

Allocated funds and managed fund raising activities for the development of INCAE´s educational projects in Nicaragua. Coordinated fund raising efforts for the new campus in Costa Rica; responsible of INCAE’s public relations of the Institute with the international community in Nicaragua.

Diversified and increased the funding sources for the educational projects of the Nicaraguan campus; responsible for organizing conferences and seminar-like events for the international community and Nicaraguan business leaders with the purpose of informing them about the national situation.
